AMS Distributors were an existing Zyber client for another area of their business, Arrow Uniforms. They approached Zyber to replatform their B2B website, Arrow Matting Systems, AMS Distributors. Their previous website was custom-built so naturally they wanted to move away from this and replatform to Shopify to enhance UX/UI and empower their team to manage the site themselves.
Cross-migrating to Shopify
Our skilled team of Shopify experts re-platformed AMS Distributors’ website to Shopify so they could use the functionality to showcase their vast product range.
The new website is non-transactional, and allows customers to view stock and make inquiries to request product samples. The product pages emphasise on good quality content, highlighting the lifestyle photography of their premium products.
This is a great example of how Shopify can be used for B2B sites and not only DTC.
Integrations.
Our strategists integrated three Klaviyo flows into their Shopify store; monthly newsletter, abandoned cart and order confirmation. Our strategists set up triggers and flows for each automation, and integrated the database of each registered user.
Zyber’s developers also integrated a form builder so that customers could request samples through the website, and this would link in seamlessly with AMS Distributors’ sales team.
Although the current eCommerce website is non-transactional, AMS Distributors have future-proofed their business model as they can pivot swiftly to offer online transactions if and when the need arises.
