Our skilled team of Shopify experts executed a seamless re-platforming process, leveraging Shopify's functionality to showcase AMS Distributors' product range effectively. In addition to emphasising high-quality content and lifestyle photography on product pages, we integrated three Klaviyo flows—monthly newsletter, abandoned cart, and order confirmation—into their Shopify store. These automation flows were meticulously set up with triggers and integrated with the customer database to enhance engagement and streamline communication.
Furthermore, as part of our Support and Success (S&S) growth strategy offering, we identified an opportunity to improve AMS Distributors' B2B offering by automating and integrating with HubSpot. Our strategists seamlessly integrated HubSpot with Shopify, creating a sales pipeline to track the progress of lead submissions from website forms to consultation, follow-up, and eventual sale closure. Additionally, we implemented automations to set reminders for the sales team to follow up with customers after consultations, ensuring no potential leads fell through the cracks.
