Transforming Hark BBQ's eCommerce with Shopify Plus.

Hark BBQ, a well-known Australian provider of premium barbecue equipment, was managing its B2B operations primarily through emails and phone calls. This manual approach created inefficiencies and limited the potential for B2B growth. Seeking a more streamlined and scalable solution, Hark BBQ reached out to Zyber to create a streamlined, centralised solution to manage their orders, pricing, and customer communications more effectively.

Zyber upgraded Hark BBQ's system to Shopify Plus, building a dedicated B2B storefront that unified products from both their DTC and Big Green Egg websites. This new platform allowed B2B customers to browse and purchase all products in one place, eliminating the need for outdated email and phone-based ordering.

What We Implemented.

Celigo & Netsuite integration

We streamlined backend processes, ensuring seamless data flow between Shopify and Hark BBQ’s ERP system for real-time inventory, pricing, and order management.

Price groups & tiered pricing

Custom pricing structures were implemented for different customer groups, allowing B2B customers to access tailored pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and on-account payment terms for greater flexibility.

Trade-specific promotions

A dedicated slider showcasing trade-specific promotions was introduced, driving B2B engagement and boosting sales.

New Shopify customer accounts

These new accounts provided a more user-friendly experience, enabling B2B clients to log in, access their specific pricing and payment terms, and place orders effortlessly.
